search for answers

 

just before a boy becomes a man
questions are asked
and still years later
search for answers labor on

 

in the beginning
what path to take
is she the travel companion
is this the right turn

 

did I let her go too soon
was the replacement
as fulfilling
did I even know I was moving

 

seemingly the joy
out lived the pain
still I do not know
if my steps took me true
